Maggie Osthues serves as Program Manager for the Climigration Network, advancing programming, communications, and fundraising efforts centered on community-led responses to the climate crisis. She is passionate about connecting lived and learned expertise to support the work of communities considering relocation and/or in-situ adaptation options in response to climate risks. In her previous role, she contributed to the Consensus Building Institute’s (CBI) conflict resolution and capacity-building efforts across a wide range of issues, including land use and transportation planning, coasts and ocean policy, climate adaptation, energy policy, and organizational development. Prior to joining CBI, Maggie worked at the Barbara Lee Family Foundation providing administrative and programming support. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University.
